Key Account Manager

Department: Fragrance
Location: , Singapore

In view of the business expansion, we are looking for a Key Account Manager to join the Regional Sales team. The Key Account Manager will be the first point of contact to the key clients. He or She will maintain the business rapport; expanding existing accounts and developing new market shares.

Main responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the sales achievement of targeted all key accounts in the region
  • Create, manage and monitor accounts activities, new opportunities and relationships
  • Responsible for setting up new accounts and ensure effective on-boarding of new customers
  • Chair, coordinate and monitor accounts activities and creative projects internal departments
  • Actively participate and present at the bi-yearly Sales Budget Meeting
  • Responsibility creating and tracking account budgets, forecasts, and long-term targets
  • Generate and submit monthly Sales Report to the Management on the status of accounts business in the region.
  • Establish and maintain good relationship with accounts and key stakeholders
  • Keep abreast of Fragrance trends, concepts, and applications.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Business Management or equivalent to similar years of experience.
  • At least 5 years of sales experience in the Fragrance industry
  • Excellent customer relationship management skills and able to work in multi-cultural environment
  • Proficient in English; multilingual is an added value
  • A team player with good interpersonal skills
  • Strong presentation skills and with good influencing skills
